CUSTOM MADE & ORDER
How can I request an embroidery project?
You can easily submit your idea or project using the request form on the website. Describe your requirements as clearly as possible (text, name, logo, quantity, application). I'll review each request personally and let you know what's possible. This way, the result is exactly what you're looking for! 🌸
Why can't I order directly from the webshop yet?
Because every embroidery project is unique. Currently, I only work on custom orders to ensure quality. Once the supply is finalized, regular products will also be available in the webshop. 🌸
Can I also come to you with a vague idea?
Absolutely. You don't need a fully developed design yet. I'm happy to help you think about fonts, size, and placement to ensure the final result is perfect. 🌸
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, small print runs are possible. Keep in mind that custom work often becomes more cost-effective per piece for larger quantities. 🌸
EMBROIDERY QUALITY & POSSIBILITIES
What can be embroidered?
Names, words, illustrations, simple logos, and monograms. I focus on fine, durable embroidery suitable for clothing and accessories. You can also submit a photo of a person, pet, or other item. Based on your wishes, I can create an embroidery file from it. 🌸
Are all designs possible?
Not every design is suitable for embroidery. Very fine details or small text can lose their sharpness. I always provide honest advice before production.
What fonts do you use?
I work with specially selected embroidery fonts that remain beautiful and legible in fabric. Together, we'll choose the best fit for your project.
Can I have my own logo embroidered?
Yes, provided the logo is suitable for embroidery. Sometimes a little simplification is necessary for the best result.
TEXTILES & MATERIALS
Can I supply my own clothing or textiles?
Yes, that's possible. However, I can't guarantee the quality of the textiles supplied. If desired, I can also suggest textiles myself.
Which fabrics are suitable for embroidery?
Cotton, sweaters, hoodies, and sturdy textiles work best. Stretchy or very thin fabrics require extra reinforcement.
Is embroidery washable?
Yes, embroidery is very durable. I always provide washing instructions to extend its lifespan.
PRICE & PAYMENT
How is the price determined?
The price depends on the design, stitch count, number of pieces, and fabric type. You will always receive a quote first.
Are you asking for an advance payment?
Yes, for custom work I usually ask for a deposit (50%) before starting the embroidery.
Can I cancel?
Once the design has been approved and production has started, cancellation is no longer possible, as this is a personalized custom order.
DELIVERY & TIMING
What is the average delivery time?
This depends on the workload and the specific project. Smaller print runs are often completed faster. You'll always receive an estimate beforehand.
Do you accept rush orders?
Sometimes urgent requests are possible, depending on your schedule. Please state this clearly in your request. There is usually an additional charge for this.
Do you also ship?
Yes, pickup or shipping is possible. Shipping costs are clearly stated.

Can I return personalized items?
No, personalized custom work cannot be returned unless an error was made on my part.
Do you embroider protected trademarks or images?
No, I do not embroider designs to which I do not have the rights.
